Submit Enquiry Form.

Availability and letting charge confirmed; 7 day provisional booking made.

Confirmation sent by e-mail.

To secure the booking, download, complete and sign the Booking Form and mail, together with Booking Deposit (£150 per week/part week), within 7 days of confirmation. Signing the Booking Form signifies acceptance of the Booking Terms & Conditions.

The Booking Deposit is in addition to the Letting Charge, and will be retained until after departure.  The Booking Deposit will be returned within 7 days after departure, less any charges levied for (a) electricity used over the allowance of £25 per week and (b) any damage caused during the period of the let not due to normal wear and tear.

Booking confirmed.

Confirmation sent by e-mail.

Mail cheque in full payment of Letting Charge not less than 28 days prior to commencement of booking.

Should full payment not be received and cleared at the bank 21 days prior to commencement of booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, retain the deposit and re-let the property.

Arrive not earlier than 4.00pm on the date booked, and depart by 10.00am on the final day.

Electricity readings on entry and departure will be recorded by the cleaner.

Balance of Booking Deposit returned to tenant.

Refund payment will be made by cheque, mailed to tenant within 7 days of departure.
